Private Pay Rates
For clients who prefer not to use insurance or are out-of-network, we offer private pay options:
Individual Sessions: $125 per session
Couples Sessions: $150 per session
We use a secure electronic health record (EHR) and billing platform called Headway to help streamline the insurance process and verify your coverage.To get started, please complete the forms through the “Schedule Now” button and include your insurance information. We’ll review your benefits and provide an overview of your mental health coverage, including any copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs.While we strive to provide accurate information, please note that insurance details are not guaranteed. For the most up-to-date and precise information regarding your benefits and financial responsibility, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Let them know you are seeking mental health services and ask about your coverage. If they request service codes, common codes we use include 90791, 90837, and 90847.We are committed to making your experience as smooth and supportive as possible.
